Progress for me has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once one milestone is achieved, there is always another one waiting to be crossed. It is with this belief I started Oxford English Academy in 2003 with the modest beginning with just 10 students. It is now a leading institute not only in Ropar but also catering to the needs of aspiring students of surrounding districts. It is an organization with a mission to empower students to speak English. Our Aim at Oxford English Academy is to fulfill the dreams of people who wish to speak fluent English. I, being The Director of the organization takes keen interest in providing quality teaching based on Audio Visual Aids and Language Lab session.
I have been in the field of teaching communication skills in English since last 20 years. It has been both a pleasure and a learning experience. Having taught for such a long time. I have gained great insight into not only what to teach but also what not to teach.
The course material is original content developed and prepared especially taking care of the rural students or non-English Background students. The content is also constantly modified and kept up to date according to changing trends in communication. Every student is given study material package. The study material includes a lot of home study units and gives a definite practice in the language. Fluency in a language is the result of constant practice.
The journey of Oxford English Academy is never ending. But with the support of my brilliant staff and students, I am confident that the institute will continue to scale milestones of excellence for years to come.
